Report a problem or suggest a feature

Contact us at support@broslavski.com or open a GitHub issue. Include the video or Short URL only when you are comfortable sharing it, your Chrome version, the action you chose, and the exact error message.

YouTube occasionally updates its interface. If an export stops working, please let us know — a link to the video or Short and the exact error message help us investigate quickly.

Before reporting

• Reload the extension in chrome://extensions.
• Refresh the YouTube video page and try again.
• Check that captions or comments are available on that video.
